Stephen C. Sholder

Stephen Sholder has practiced law in Williamsport for over 40 years, building a reputation for thoughtful counsel and tenacious advocacy in estate planning, elder law, and long-term care. Clients regularly remark on his patience, his willingness to explain complex legal concepts in plain language, and his genuine investment in their outcomes.

Steve founded the firm on a simple belief: that every family, regardless of the size of their estate, deserves careful, professional legal planning. He has helped hundreds of Pennsylvania families protect their homes, safeguard their assets, and put plans in place that give them genuine peace of mind.

Lisa M. Glick

Lisa Glick brings deep expertise in elder law and Medicaid planning to the Raup & Sholder team. She is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to navigate complex government benefit programs on behalf of clients and their families. Lisa works closely with individuals and families who are facing the financial and emotional challenges of long-term care planning.

Gina Huggins

Gina Huggins received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. She worked at the University of Pittsburgh Office of International Services, processing admissions and student visas for international graduate students. From 2002 through 2014, she served as Program Administrator of International Admissions for the LL.M. and S.J.D. programs and as coordinator for all international law programs at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Center for International Legal Education. From 2014 to 2023, she ran a private in-home daycare in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. After 27 years in western Pennsylvania, Gina has returned to her hometown of Williamsport, where she now serves as the Estate Administration Paralegal for Raup & Sholder, P.C.

Kayla Zinck

Tereasa V. Clark was born and raised in Lock Haven, where she graduated from Lock Haven High School before beginning a 29-year career at Woolrich Woolen Mills, working her way up to Assistant to the Product Development Manager. She then began her legal career with Raup, Wiley & Sholder as Legal Assistant to the late Thomas C. Raup, also serving as Office Manager and Notary. She later found her niche in real estate and now serves as the Real Estate Paralegal, handling every aspect of a closing from sales agreement to completion, while continuing as Office Manager and Notary. Fun fact: Tereasa is a competitive baton twirler and two-time National titleholder, having won first place in both Baton Solo and 2 Baton Solo at the 2024 National Baton Twirling Championship at Notre Dame.

Kayla Zinck grew up in Jersey Shore, where she continues to reside with her husband and two children. She joined Raup & Sholder, P.C. in 2021 as a receptionist while pursuing her bachelor's degree, and through her dedication and commitment to client service, transitioned into her current role as a Medicaid and Estate Planning Paralegal. In May 2024, she graduated magna cum laude from Walden University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. Kayla assists attorneys with long-term care planning and Medicaid matters, helping clients navigate complex needs, and also serves as a Notary Public. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with family, helping coach her children's soccer teams, and volunteering with the PTO at their school.

Blake Marks

ATTORNEY

Blake Marks is a native of Lycoming County and a graduate of Hughesville High School, after which he attended Penn State as a dual major in History and Political Science. In 2021, he graduated from Widener Commonwealth Law School, earning his J.D. along with specialization certificates in Legislation, and Constitutional and Administrative Law. During law school, he interned with the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Local Government Commission of the PA General Assembly. His first four years of practice spanned a broad range of civil and criminal cases. Blake also serves as Zone 4 Co-Chair for the Young Lawyers Division of the PA Bar Association and as a Delegate to the PA Bar Association's House of Delegates, and he is a member of the steering committee for the Williamsport Soap Box Derby.

Brandi Boop was born and raised in Williamsport, where she continues to reside with her husband, two sons, and beloved dogs. As a Legal Assistant at Raup & Sholder, Brandi helps keep the law firm running smoothly by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and maintaining organization throughout the office. Prior to joining Raup & Sholder, she spent several years working as a Mentor with CCA, where she supported and guided individuals in achieving their goals. In her free time, Brandi enjoys traveling, baking, and spending quality time with her family and fur babies.
